Asbestos survey reports

We provide several different types of asbestos services ranging from simple testing of suspect materials to management asbestos surveys and refurbishment demolition surveys on properties of all sizes such as houses, schools, hotels, shops and offices and all other property types.

All our services are carried out by asbestos surveyors qualified from the BOHS British Occupational Hygiene Society.

 

Asbestos testing

Asbestos testing should form part of every asbestos inspection whatever the property type. All suspect materials are sampled by the asbestos surveyor carrying out the survey which are then analysed using microscopy techniques at a UKAS accredited laboratory independent of our company.

Single asbestos test results are usually available within 48hrs with a certificate of analysis being produce detailing the asbestos type(s) present within the asbestos material.
